Isn’t this the same outfit that reported that the USAF would proceed with the Airbus award despite the GAO objections? Curious they don’t identify their source, isn’t it?

For what its worth, AvWeek had an article around the time of the contract award that the KC-45 choice reflected an emphasis on future operations in Asia and the Pacific. The article at the link is consistent with the earlier analysis.
